Words of Inspiration - Peace beyond the mind

"Our mind is like a candle flame, disturbed by the winds of
our emotions. When the candle flame is still, the radiating light
allows us to see more clearly. In the same way, when we calm
our mind, quieten our thoughts and rest, clarity and confidence
naturally arise in our lives."
His Eminence the 7th Dzogchen Rinpoche, Jigme Losel Wangpo

Rest the mind, not just the physical body.

Find the peace beyond the mind, beyond the thoughts, the worries, the every day stress we accumulate in order to make our lives happier, more productive.

Stress, worry, anxiety, depression, anger, can not exist when the mind is not thinking. And when in this state, solutions can arise.

To regain sanity you need to be out of your mind!!!

Be at peace

Wonderful analogy. I just had a crash with my body and mind. It is an awesome task to learn to rest yourself and be still. Well, it is for me anyway. LOL! I'm such a type A, but your blog achieves its goal of having a calming effect on others.
