Words of Inspiration - Reap your destiny!

Your thoughts become an action
Your action becomes a habit
Your habit becomes your life.

Sow a seed, you reap a habit
Sow a habit, you reap a character
Sow a character, you reap a destiny.

Everything begins with a thought. Keep them positive and focused, and your life cannot be anything other than that you desire.

Words of Inspiration - Step outside your comfort zone

I used to have a comfort zone
Where I knew I couldn't fail
The same four walls of busy work
Were really more like jail

I longed so much to do the things
I'd never done before,
But I stayed inside my comfort zone
And paced the same old floor

I claimed to be so busy
With things inside my zone,
But deep inside I longed for
Something special of my own.

I couldn't let my life go by,
Just watching others win.
I held my breath and stepped outside
And let the change begin.

I took a step and with new strength
I'd never felt before,
I kissed my comfort zone 'goodbye'
And closed and locked the door.

If you are in a comfort zone,
Afraid to venture out,
Remember that all the winners were
At one time filled with doubt.

A step or two and words of praise,
Can make your dreams come true.
Greet your future with a smile,
Success is there for you!

Words of Inspiration - Feed that which serves you best.

Photo - soultones

A native American grandfather was talking to his son
about how he felt.

He said "I feel as if I have two wolves fighting in my heart.
One wolf is the vengeful, angry, violent one.
The other wolf is the loving, compassionate one."

The grandson asked him, "Which wolf will win the fight
in your heart?"

The grandfather answered:

"The one I feed."

Focus on the positive. Remember Ike - your thoughts create your reality

Words of Inspiration - Love Yourself & Stay Young

You are as young as you feel!!

So how do you stay feeling young?

- Love yourself. If you don't, how can anyone else?

- Keep only cheerful friends. Negative people can pull you down.

- Throw out the nonessential numbers. Including age, weight & height.

- Enjoy the simple things.

- Keep learning. Never let the brain idle. "An idle mind is the devils workshop." And the devils name is Alzheimer's.

- Laugh. Often, long & loud.

- Let the tears come. Cry, bawl, grieve and move on. Don't hold it in, let it out, feel it experience it & let it go.

- Surround yourself with what you love. Family, pets, music, plants, hobbies whatever.

- Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the shops, interstate, overseas, but not where the guilt is.

- Look after your health. If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help. It is my belief that the root cause of ALL disease & illness is toxic overload  and negative or suppressed emotions.
Clear out the toxins - Eat healthy (organic where possible)

            - Detox. there are numerous methods & products (some good some not so). For one of the best available check out zeolites & testimonials. Can be purchased from here

            - Emotional release  -  Once again numerous methods available. A few include....
            -  EFT one of the best around. Quick, easy, painless and effective at getting rid of emotional issues that may be causing any current physical issues. To find a practitioner in your area check your local phone book. Or you can learn it & treat yourself, it is that easy.
            -  Emotional Release Massage, Or a normal massage, always good for making you feel better.
            -  Exercise
            - Get a punching bag & beat the #@#> out of it
            - Kicking & screaming underwater works well too.

- Tell people that you love them, at every opportunity!!!!!

Till next time

Take care

Words of inspiration - Look behind the exterior

What do you see, looking at this photo??

The Crabby old man

What do you see nurses?..........What do you see?
What are you thinking ........When you're looking at me?
A crabby old man,......Not very wise, uncertain of habit with faraway eyes?
Who dribbles his food......And makes no reply.
When you say in a loud voice.....'I do wish you'd try!'
Who seem not to notice.....The things that you do.
And forever is losing......A sock or shoe?
Who, resisting or not.....Lets you do as you will,
With bathing and feeding.....The long day to fill?
Is that what you're thinking?.....Is that what you see?
Then open your eyes, nurse.. You're not looking at me.
I'll tell you who I am....As I sit here so still,
As I do at your bidding......As I eat at your will.
I'm a small child of ten.... With a father and mother,
Brothers and sisters....Who love one another.
A young boy of Sixteen......With wings on his feet.
Dreaming that soon..A lover he'll meet.
A groom soon at twenty.......My heart gives a leap.
Remembering the vows......That I promised to keep.
At twenty-five, now.......I have young of my own.
Who need me to guide.....And a secure happy home.
A man of thirty.....My young now grown fast.
Bound to each other.......With ties that should last.
At forty, my young sons......Have grown and are gone,
But my woman's beside me...To see! I don't mourn.
At fifty, once more,....Babies play 'round my knee.
Again we know children..My loved one and me.
Dark days are upon me...My wife is now dead.
I look at the future.......I shudder with dread.
For my young are all rearing......Young of their own.
And I think of the years....And the love that I've known.
I'm now an old man.....And nature is cruel.
Tis jest to make old age.....Look like a fool.
The body, it crumbles.....Grace and vigor, depart.
There is now a stone...Where once I had a heart.
But inside this carcass......A young guy still dwells,
And now and again.....My battered heart swells.
I remember the joys......I remember the pain.
And I'm loving and living........Life over again.
I thik of the years...All too few.....Gone too fast.
And accept the stark fact...That nothing can last.
So open your eyes, people....open and see.
Not a crabby old man. Look closer..See ME!!

Written by an old man who died in a geriatric ward of a small hospital near Tampa, Florida. This poem found by the nurses who believed he left nothing of value.

Look beyond the exterior at the young soul within, next time you meet an older person or relative you might normally brush aside.

One day we will be there too!!!

What do  you see now??

Take care
